Our Family-Owned Jewelry Store

At Westwood Jewelers, we don’t simply sell jewelry. Rather, we live it.

With decades of experience in jewelry manufacturing, design, and service, we hope to share our knowledge and passion for jewelry with you. Our goal is not simply to sell you a piece of jewelry but rather teach you about the craft of jewelry and help you find exactly what you are looking for, all while working exclusively within your budget.

Although we have happily served our West Los Angeles community for over 13 years, our experience in the jewelry industry goes back much farther. For Westwood Jewelers founder and lead jeweler Arthur, jewelry is more than just a job—it is his life-long passion, as well his families’ long-standing profession.

Arthur’s grandfather was a jeweler in Armenia and operated a family-owned jewelry shop for decades. Here, Arthur first discovered his fascination with jewelry. Following this enthusiasm for the craft, Arthur came to the United States in 1975 to work at his cousin’s jewelry store in Beverly Hills. After working long days behind the sales counter, Arthur would stay late into the night creating his own pieces of jewelry. Recognizing jewelry design and repair was indeed his calling, Arthur bought the jewelry store from his cousin in 1979.

This same year, Arthur took over jewelry manufacturing for such luxury jewelry brands as Gucci and Tiffany. From this same location Arthur would also go on to manufacture jewelry for Cartier for over a decade, and for 15 years repaired jewelry and designed decorative jewelry for Neiman Marcus.

Over the years, Arthur has gotten to intimately know and serve his community, from regularly designing custom jewelry for such public figures as Sammy Davis Jr. and Ivana Trump to helping countless members of our community buy or design their own engagement rings, bracelets, necklaces, and more.

Although his business was largely successful, Arthur eventually sold his Beverly Hills store and moved to the Westside of Los Angeles and established Westwood Jewelers, 13 years ago. Providing the residents of West LA with excellent jewelry sales, customization, and repair services, we at Westwood Jewelers are proud to be the most trusted jewelry store in our area.
